If your WRIP device contains a rechargeable battery:

• Use only WRIP-approved chargers
• Do not charge near water or while sleeping
• Do not expose the battery to heat or puncture

Ingredient & Substance Disclaimer

WRIP pods may contain botanical or aromatic compounds. Any devices or pods sold under WRIP branding are only intended for WRIP-certified formulas.

Use of non-WRIP pods, tampering, or modifying devices voids any warranty and may pose a safety risk. WRIP is not liable for third-party use, refills, or unauthorized products.

Returns & Warranty Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of the product.

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us at support@wearwrip.com within 7 days of delivery.

We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion after reviewing your case.

We do not accept returns for used items or opened pods.
